Biggest qualifier is CASH. comes in sizes. What you have now, what other cash you can get in 30 days, 90 days, 180 days. Loans are fine so are gifts. Just remember, the last “stage” will involve getting a loan. So, you’ll need to do whatever necessary to get there. We have both the relationships and resources!
