WHAT’S OLD IS NEW AGAIN

It’s rare that someone moves from a colonial to a Frank Lloyd Wright edifice. Subconsciously, Buyers want to transfer their current experience to a new location (without the squeaky stairs, the darn screen door or the balky a/c unit). We call it the “old shoe” concept – comfortable, easy to slip into. Just a new location.

But, don’t forget the neighbors – old and new. They brought/bring a flavoring to home ownership that is very special. We can’t move the old ones but we can jump start the relationships with your new ones. Like ice cream???
